She was predeceased by: her husband Reverend Don Matheny; and her parents, Dewey Holeston O'Conner and Mabel Spangler O'Conner of Covington Virginia. She is survived by: her sons, Mike (Sheila) and Mark (Audrey); her grandchildren, Ashley (Mike), Nicole (Tre), Cory (Natalie), Brandi (Jason) and Adam (Jess); her great grandchildren, Hutton, Emory, Brooks, Harper, Rylee and Iain; and her sister Peggy.
