She is survived by: her husband Dale Taylor; her parents, Jim Coulter and Peggy Coulter; her brother Chad Coulter (Tiffany); her niece Kayla Ward; her aunt Linda Winchester; and her siblings-in-law, Wesley Taylor (Janice) and Barbara Taylor. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Monaghan Funeral Home Chapel (7300 Creighton Pkwy, Mechanicsville, VA 23111).
