She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Claus and Veronica Claus (Scherley); her sons, Michael J. McLoughlin and Steven G. McLoughlin; and her sisters, Alma Alt (Bernard), Stella Perrine (James) and Rosemary Mesenburg (Walter).
She is survived by: her children, Colleen Maitland (McLoughlin) and George B. McLoughlin (Aiza); her grandchildren, Matthew Maitland, Sarah McNeill (Mike), Caitlin Latimer (Josh), Mary Katherine Rodriguez (Shane) and George M. McLoughlin; her great grandchildren, Madeline of Virginia and Mathilda McNeill of Virginia; and her siblings, Rita Welsch of San Diego, CA, Eileen Siesel (Clayton) and Jake Claus (June). She is also survived by her family and friends.
