He was predeceased by: his parents, John Louis and Mary Hines Seay; and his brother Bernie E. Seay. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Seay; his daughters, Emily Anne Seay and Abby Elizabeth Seay; and his siblings-in-law, Elizabeth Seay, Nancy Rochelle and Franklin Tucker.
