She is survived by: her daughter Kyleigh Hayes; her mother Cheryl Jordan; her stepfather Richard Pleasants; her sister Jamie Hayes; her grandmother Carmela Hayes; her siblings, Kimberly Lewis and Richard Pleasants, Jr.; her niece Yulissa Perez; her cousin Debbie Brown; her close friend Petra Cranston; and her pet Goldie.
