He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Douglas Parker, Sr. and Edna Timberlake Parker; and his brother Harold Douglas Parker, Jr. (Kenneth). He is survived by: his wife Janice Stephens Parker; his children, Kenneth Cabell Parker, Jr., Jenny Casstevens (John), Heather Parker (Jimmy), Scotty Parker, Brian Parker, Bernie Parker (Amy) and Chad Parker (Jessica); his brother Wayne Parker (Ruth); and his grandchildren, Parker, Abbi, Bradley, Annie, Emilie, Hannah, Ryan, Jackson, Adelynn, Everett and Sloane.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Bennett Funeral Home Mechanicsville Chapel (8014 Lee Davis Rd, Mechanicsville, VA 23111).
