She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Musgrave; her children, Sarah Lambert, Elaine Ferrell and Richard Ray Musgrave; her parents, David Dean and Opal Dean; and her siblings, Bonnie Farrell and Pooch Dean.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Alexandera (Jacob Ferrell), Leah Rankin, Kevin (Corey Oliver) and CJ (Taylor Lambert); her great grandchildren, Brooklyn Oliver, Gabriell Ferrell, Chelsea and Katlyne Nelsen; and her siblings, Rose Bass of Fairmont, WV, Dave (Glenda) of Monagah and Clyde (Ava) of Fairmont.
