She was predeceased by: her husband Harmen E. Self; and her parents, John Esby and Mary Lena Simmons Hartman. She is survived by: her children, Sharon Shaver (Kenny), Lanora Troxell (Bob), Eddie Self, Jerry Self (Lisa), Gary Self (Denise) and Ricky Self (Maria). She is also survived by ten grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
