She was predeceased by: her husband William A. Page, Jr.; her parents, Lewis R. Webb and Clara (Bill Tuck); her brother Lawrence Tuck (Bill); and her friend June Merkel.

She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Franklin; her grandsons, William and Matthew Franklin; her sister Audrey Goode; her daughter Deborah Steele (family: Michelle); her grandsons, Joseph and Daniel of Washington; her sister-in-law Diane; her nephew Nicholas Passagaluppi; and her sister-in-law Shirley Tuck.
