He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Wig" Bracy and Marie Hoggard Bracy. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ashberry of Mechanicsville; his children, Joseph Brett Bracy and Brittany Alexandra Bracy; the parent of his children Kim Bracy; his stepson Stephen Blaine Callis; his brothers, Jimmy (Nancy) and Don (Jean) of North Carolina; his stepmother Frances Bracy; and his pets, Stella and Sangria.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Bennett Funeral Home (8014 Lee Davis Road, Mechanicsville, Virginia 23111). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
To honor Scott's life, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the American Cancer Society.
