He is survived by: his parents, Valerie Bryant and Bernard Mantlo; his stepmother Deborah Mantlo; his sister Hayley Krevonick; his brother-in-law Webb Krevonick; his brother Zachary Mantlo; his nephews, Reid, Jake and Briggs Krevonick; and his aunts, Laurie Middleton, Carol Johnston and Judy Mantlo.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Jordan may be made to Friends of the James River Park.
