It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo Ann Hart-Tiano of Mechanicsville, Virginia, who passed away on August 8, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Joseph; her mother Georgia Lee Marshall; her daughter Kimberly Clark (Ben); her grandsons, Brayden and Seth Clark; her siblings, Joseph Marshall (Anita) and J. H. Marshall (Teresa); her nieces and nephews, Lynsey Hydrusko, Kevin and Matthew Marshall; and her father James Harvey Marshall.
