He is survived by: his children, Brenda LeFever of Illinois, Mark Cherry (Deb) of Illinois, Monica Tomlinson of Illinois and Brian Cherry (Sherri) of Michigan; his stepsons, Bruce Powers of Henrico and Barry Christopher (Judy) of Mechanicsville; and his close friend Katie Lovelace of North Carolina. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren.
