He is survived by: his son Bernard Jacks (Sherry); his siblings, JoAnn Jacks Miles of Mechanicsville, VA, Norman R. Jacks and Raymond E. Jacks of King William, VA; and his nieces and nephews, Bruce, John, Dodd, Elaine, Julie, Joann, Jennifer, Ashley, Sara and Melissa.
