Carter); her sisters, Susan Lassiter (Antonio), Stacy Miller and Stephanie Henkle (Glen); and her nieces and nephews, Brandon, Brianna, Amari, Alana, Anderson (Kaitlyn), Megan, Jake, Sophia and J. D..
A memorial service was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Monaghan Funeral Home (7300 Creighton Pkwy, Mechanicsville, VA 23111).
