He was predeceased by: his parents, William Alexander Tumlin and Artie Mae Russell Tumlin; and his daughter Mary Luann. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Sue Carson; his children, Manda Simon (Steve) and Will Tumlin (Stacy); his grandchildren, Callie, Emma, Valerie, Arabella and Maddox; and his sisters, Mary Emma Lansing and Myra Ann Pepper.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mechanicsville Chapel of the Bennett Funeral Home (8014 Lee Davis Road, Mechanicsville, Virginia 23111). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
