He is survived by: his wife Carolyn (Southard); his sons, Jonathan and Kristopher Kirby (Karissa); his grandchildren, Shane, Karson, Heather, Aydan and McKenna Kirby; his siblings, Jean Kline (Dennis) and Robert (Kathy) of Mechanicsville; his brother-in-law C. Gregory Southard of Culpeper, VA.; and his uncles, Earl (Carolyn) and Ray Kirby (Chris).
