He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Lee Bane and Madeline Drummond Bane; and his brother Jerry Wayne Bane (Cindy). He is survived by: his wife Barbara McIntyre Bane; his children, Jonathan David Bane and Stephanie Bane Taylor (Daniel); and his siblings, James Lee Bane (Sandra), Carol Ann Reed (Joe) and Connie Sue Craig-Bane (Alan Cobb). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
