He was predeceased by: his wife Raye Davis Powell. He is survived by: his sons, Jack N. Powell, Jr. (Patti) and Tom H. Powell (Andrea); his grandsons, Seth (Jenna), Stephen (Kathryn), Benjamin (Priscila) and Xavier Powell; and his great grandchild Clement.
