She was predeceased by: her husband Ross A. Echols, Sr.; her daughters, Sandra Echols Trice and Teresa Mary Echols; her parents, Willard Daniel and Estelle Daniel of Daniel Town, VA; her brother Everett Daniel; and her brother-in-law Bernard Lynn.
She is survived by: her sons, Tracy E. Echols (Cheryl) and Ross A. Echols, Jr.; her grandchildren, Pierce Echols and Kiersten Echols; and her siblings, George Daniel (Lois) and Julia Lynn. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
