He is survived by: his wife Pat Clevinger; his children, Carter Clevinger (Pat), Susan Womble (Ricky) and John Clevinger (Cassie); and his grandchildren, Taylor (Hayden), Brooke (Cameron), Tyler (Cally), Brandon, Will and Calli.
