She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles T. Polis, Sr. and Virginia Zehab Polis; and her siblings, Raymond Polis, Joe Polis and Katherine Polis Schulze.
She is survived by: her brother Dr. Charles T. Polis, Jr.; her children, Judy A. Winn and William David Dunivan (Cindy); her grandchildren, Bryan McDearmon (Sherri), Jaime Maughan (Kevin) and Casey Dunivan; and her great grandchildren, Bailey, Cayden McDearmon, Grayson, Parker and Andrew Maughan. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
