She was predeceased by: her parents, Ked Mills and Anna Hopson Mills; her husband Dallas A Kinser; her daughter Dr. Robin Dale Kinser; and her sisters, Vivian Mills Dingess (Paul Dingess), June Mills Bostian (Floyd Bostian), Zella Mills Elkins (Edward P. Elkins) and Barbara Mills Brewer.
She is survived by: her daughter Melody Shawn Kinser of Mechanicsville, Virginia; her son-in-law Michael T. Johnson of Chesterfield, Virginia; and her brother-in-law Howard P. Brewer of Aurora, Colorado. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to veterans' organizations or charity of choice.
