He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Owen Feild Sr. and Mary D. Roddenberry; and his stepfather Thomas N. Roddenberry. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Liz" Feild; his son Harry Owen III; his daughter-in-law Maria Feild; his daughter Priscilla Cockrell; his son-in-law Christopher Cockrell; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Parker Cockrell, Jacq, Alex Feild and Maria Moros.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Harry Feild to the American Cancer Society or to the Onward Campaign at Fairmount Christian Church.
