He was predeceased by : his parents, Gladys Hayes and Wilbur Hayes. He is survived by : his children, Carolyn Anne Hayes Grubbs (Chip) and Mitchell Foster Hayes (Meredith); and his grandchildren, Foster, Peyton Grubbs, Anja and Nicholas Hayes. He is also survived by several grand-dogs and cats.

The family requests that attendees wear masks.
