Gloria Runnett Leahey Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 7, 2023, at the age of 80, Gloria Runnett Leahey of Mechanicsville, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Nora Runnett; her brother John D. Runnett; her grandson Justin Yancey; her significant other John Dalton; her basset hounds, Maggie and Belle; her children, James "Jimmy" Leahey (Dianna) and Kathleen Barkley (John); her brothers, Lloyd Runnett (Lynne) and Tom Runnett (Belle); her sister-in-law Carole Runnett; her grandchildren, Patrick Leahey (Katherine), Matthew Yancey (Megan), Sarah Leahey, Aaron Leahey, Tyler Barkley, Kyle Barkley and Ryan Barkley; her great grandchildren, Mitchell, Bella, Paxton and Harper; and her pets, Jill, Molly and Chester.
