He is survived by: his daughters, Sheila J. Hicks (Mark) and Jennifer Johnson; his grandsons, Mark Anthony Hicks, Jr. and Jackson Eugene Hicks; his friend J. J.; his cousin Erma Mason; his close friends, Caesar Lazzuri, Gerald Dillon, Orane Holstein, Maureen Shiels and Bonnie Davis; and also Vern Williamson.
