He was predeceased by: his wife Louise Small; and his siblings, Robert, Earl, Jim, Ray, Lonnie and Dorothy.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa McCrea (Bret) and Dena Fowlkes (Dennis); his grandchildren, Katie McCrea, Eric and Travis Fowlkes; and also, Jim and Suzy Robinson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and a large circle of friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests making a donation in his name to the Wounded Warriors.
