It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence Thomas Massey of Mechanicsville, Virginia, who passed away on October 17, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Paul N. Massey; her parents, G. Baynum Thomas and A. Laura Sutton Thomas; and her siblings, Bernard, Oscar, Edward Thomas, Mary Ashburn, Annie Hatch, Marion Slaughter and Countiss Thomas.
She is survived by: her daughter Carol M. Didlake (Bill); her grandchildren, Tommy Didlake (Kathy) and Cindy Turner (Andy); her great grandchildren, Brady, Lauren Didlake, Savannah, Kayley, Lyndsey Turner and Emily Turner Goin (Trevor); and her sisters-in-law, Virginia Thomas and Ruth Jenkins.
