It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Filippo Giambanco (Mechanicsville, Virginia), who passed away on July 19, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Elena; and his brother Salvatore. He is survived by: his children, Anthony Giambanco (Patricia), Anna Mannino (Angelo) and John Giambanco; and his grandchildren, Elena, Filippo, Rosalia, Giuseppe, Ariana, Gianluca, Gianpaolo Giambanco, Sal, Philip and Antonio Mannino. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; four brothers; and three sisters.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, American Cancer Society or the Alzheimer's Association.
