She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Pierce and Mae Pierce (Jim Gillespie). She is survived by: her husband John Haas; her children, Charlie Payne (Jane), David Payne and Lisa Mundy; her grandchildren, Austin (Ashley), Zachery, Jarrett and Sydney; her great grandchild Taylen; her stepchildren, Todd Haas and Cheryl Johnson; and her pet Holly. She is also survived by niece and two nephews.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Broadus Memorial Baptist Church Building Fund.
