She was predeceased by: her husband Richard I. Bell, Jr.; her parents, Marshall Pizzeck and Hazel Pizzeck; and her brother John Pizzeck. She is survived by: her caregiver Kimberly Bell Meli (Renaldo); her son Tad Eugene Bell (Brenda); her grandchildren, Kristina, Tad Jr. (Diane), Stephanie (Travis) and Joshua (Courtney); and her great grandchildren, Matthew, Mason, Skylar, Lilly, Alyssa, Abigail, Avery and Aylee.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the Hanover County Animal Shelter, 12417 Taylor Complex Lane, Ashland, VA 23005.
