He was predeceased by: his parents, Tadeusz Machalski and Marianna Pukala Machalski; his brother Richard; his grandson Cody James Taylor; his nephew Randy Guthrie; and his siblings-in-law, Dale Powers and Jeanne Powers Reeves.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Powers Machalski; his sons, Christopher Edward Machalski (Donna Rudolph) and Tony Machalski (Maria); his granddaughters, Olivia and Nadia; his sister-in-law Millie Powers Brock; and his niece Sherrie Guthrie Foreman.
