He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond Jeter and Annie Elizabeth; his wife Pattie Goodloe; his children, Meg Goodloe and Graham Goodloe (Lynn); his granddaughters, Rachael Goodloe and Courtney Kanne (Matt); his great grandchild Audrey; and his brother-in-law Thomas O'Donnell (Barbara). He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
