She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Cosby; her parents, Luther Brown and Lucille Brown; and her siblings, Nettie Milby and Richard Brown.
She is survived by: her daughter Becky Otey (Roy); her grandchildren, BJ and Wyatt; her siblings, Elizabeth Cole (Haley) and Billy Brown (Lan); her caregivers, Robert Tapp and Richard Kokocinski; and also Brian Otey. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
