She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Hamblett and Sue Hamblett; and her siblings, Tommy, Jimmy Hamblett and Mary Walker.
She is survived by: her husband Barry Lee; her daughters, Cyndi Hagan (Ryan) and Michelle Lee; and her sister Paula Robinson.
Her participation in trade events, especially in Las Vegas, and her role as a director for HPPPA, highlighted her significant contributions to the industry.
