He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Trexler Heath; his son Dennis Lee Heath; his parents, Aubrey Heath and Louise Tucker Heath; and his brothers, Floyd, William, Elmore and Monroe.
He is survived by: his siblings, Woodrow Heath and Linda Heath; his children, Kay Heath and Benjamin Heath; and his grandchildren, Jack O'Brien III (Leslie), Kevin O'Brien (Kacey) and Ellen Kniceley (Jordan). He is also survived by three great-grandsons; and numerous nieces and nephews.
