He is survived by: his children, Delbert H. Hall Jr., Robert W. Hall, Bonnie Hart (John), Denise Calton (Bob), Elaine Pence (Phillip), David Hall and Justin Hall (Lauren); and his brothers, Eugene Hall and Wendell Hall (Merrill). He is also survived by 31 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren.
