He is survived by: his wife Rose Duke Wheat; his children, Carol Duke and Scott Wheat; his grandchildren, Sarah Herndon and Zach Herndon; his nephew Michael Wheat; his sister Barbara Wheat; and also Jimmy Story. He is also survived by many loving cousins and friends.
