He was predeceased by: his parents, John Randolph Carter, Sr. and Annie Anderson Carter. He is survived by: his siblings, Jacquelin Carter Jackson, John Randolph Carter, Jr. (Carol) and Clyde Arthur Carter (Brigitte); his niece Rachae Heyer (Bret); his nephew Keith Jackson (Maria); his cousin Rena Frazier (David Frazier); and his friends, Lisa Watts and Julia Jones-Davis. He is also survived by great nieces, great nephews.
