He was predeceased by: his parents, Romie Dallas and Audrey Ruth Mullens. He is survived by: his wife Frances Mullens; his children, Angela Harvey (Kevin) and Michael Mullens (Allison); his grandchildren, Daniel, Grace, Bailey and Jack; and his siblings, Sandra VanNess and Keith Mullens.
