He is survived by: his parents, Joy Simon Hazelgrove and Kevin Hazelgrove (Melissa); his brothers, Brandon and Noah Hazelgrove; his stepbrothers, Jonathan and Devin Barlow (Abbie); and his grandmothers, Vivian Simon and Linda Simon Powers. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
