He was predeceased by: his mother Treadwell Davison; his sister Be Davison Herrera; his cousin Colston Newton; and his godson Coley Newton. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Buskell Davison; his son Charles Marshall Davison IV (Tyler); his grandchildren, Ayden Danielle Davison, Bennett Marshall Davison and Olive Carolina Davison; and his siblings, Lucy Treadwell Atkins (Henry) and Treadwell Davison, Jr. (Judy).
