She was predeceased by: her brothers, Edward and Charles Crew; her friend Betsy Davis; and her grandson Aaron Shortt. She is survived by: her husband Wayne "Butch" Shortt; her sons, Gary (Debbie) and Rick (Kimberlee); her grandchildren, Lindsey and Emmett; and her niece Terry Cooper (Steve).
