She was predeceased by: her sister Elaine Abernathy. She is survived by: her sons, Keith Horner (Kimberly), Ken Horner (Diana) and Ross Horner (Patty); her grandchildren, Joshua, Brendan, Whitney, Melinda, Nicholas, Stephen, Jarek, Emily, Kaylee, Kylee, Jayden, Tori, Grae, Aaron and Riley; and her brother John Reed (Retired). She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Fairmount Christian Church Onward Fund, P. O. Box 788, Mechanicsville, VA 23111.
