He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Brooks Woods and Flossie Frances Brown. He is survived by: his wife Sue Parrish Woods; his sons, Carl E. Woods, Jr. (Donna), Paul Brooks Woods (Diane) and Thomas Alan Woods (Kathy); and his grandsons, Christopher Woods (Christina), Stephen Martin Woods (Jackie) and Matthew Scott Woods.
