He is survived by: his mother Dolly Taylor Williams of Onancock; his wife Kim; his children, Taylor Williams Murphy (Patrick) of Mechanicsville and Carlisle Mister "C. J." Williams IV of Mechanicsville; his sister Valerie Williams Smith of Onancock; his uncle Philip Martin (Rosemary) of Onancock; his stepmother Barbara Schuyler Williams of Falmouth; his stepbrothers, Andrew D. Henderson and James T. "Jim" Henderson (Tisha); his mother-in-law June Bull Evans of Accomac, VA; and his sisters-in-law, Kelli Evans Martin (Charlie) and Kathi Evans Winoker (Neil). He is also survived by three nieces, three nephews, and several aunts, uncles, cousins.
