Carl Leon Kinney Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carl Leon Kinney of Mechanicsville, Virginia, born in Grafton, West Virginia, who passed away on October 4, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Robinson and Sarah Kinney; his wife Frances Joan Kinney; and his daughter-in-law Martha Kaepplein. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Lee Kinney (Lillianne Kinney) of Mechanicsville, VA and Jonathan Allen Kinney (Patricia) of Bridgeport, WV; his grandchildren, Dr. Olivia Kinney, Dr. Eric Kinney (Alexandra Kinney) and Sarah Crowley, RN; his grandson-in-law Chad Crowley; his stepgrandchildren, Natan Cohen (Tammy) and Katrielle Cohen; his siblings, James Robinson (Claire), Julia Rogers (Lewis Ford Rogers) and Kate Summers; and his caregivers, Tiffany, Delores, Sonia, Darlene and Gwen. He is also survived by four step-great-grandchildren.
