She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl B. Sheets and Willie Lee Sheets; and her siblings, Myrna Broaddus and Carl F Sheets. She is survived by: her husband Robert Marsland (Bob); her grandchildren, Zachary, Logan and Caitlin; and her great grandchild Greyson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her honor can be made to The Alzheimer's Association.
