She was predeceased by: her husband William G. Handy; her parents, James Shell and Wanda Shell; and her stepson Charles T. Handy. She is survived by: her children, Folger Tuck (Sandra), Wanda Hudson (Eddie) and Alan Tuck (Robin); her stepchildren, Kathy Burton (Gary), Billy Handy (Loretta) and Timmy Handy; her sister Annette Smith; and her stepsister Heidi Shell. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
